the room provided both a shower and a bathtub , a pleasant surprise. two sinks in the bathroom were quite useful. i found the self-laundry facilities very convenient for handling longer trips. the subway access made travel to distant spots simple.
the front desk staff had limited english , , made communication a little challenging.

the hotel features multiple breakfast options , with diverse restaurants located on other floors in the same building , and the convenience stores 7 eleven and lawson are easily accessible for quick needs .

the staff seemed proud of the hotel and its services. i noticed several amenities available near the reception , including teas and facial masks. the check-in process was also seamless , which made arrival simple .

the hotel connects directly to the station , providing access to the yamanote line and other lines. nearby shopping centers and the iconic shibuya crossing are very close. the location is excellent for getting around .

The tv was REALLY small, I think the hotel uses old models. I tried to stream something, but it does not have streaming. The WiFi connection was not stable AT ALL.. IT REALLY SUCKED! It was a total waste of time, i couldn't even check my email

the location was indeed excellent, providing easy access to the train station.
the staff seemed undertrained, resulting in slow check-in processes. instructions were often unclear. furthermore, the check-out machine malfunctioned, and i was left without a receipt at first.
