charming stay above the crossing

the room provided both a shower and a bathtub , a pleasant surprise. two sinks in the bathroom were quite useful. i found the self-laundry facilities very convenient for handling longer trips. the subway access made travel to distant spots simple.

the front desk staff had limited english , , made communication a little challenging.

The hotel is directly connected to the train station. This made getting around simple. I found the room very clean. The amenities corner was useful and offered items such as coin laundry.

The tv was REALLY small, I think the hotel uses old models. I tried to stream something, but it does not have streaming. The WiFi connection was not stable AT ALL.. IT REALLY SUCKED! It was a total waste of time, i couldn't even check my email

the location was indeed excellent, providing easy access to the train station.

the staff seemed undertrained, resulting in slow check-in processes. instructions were often unclear. furthermore, the check-out machine malfunctioned, and i was left without a receipt at first.
